Nelson Trout, one of Fireside’s newest authors who also hails from New Jersey, joined Eileen Bennett as a writing buddy while completing his second novel, Raven April. They were able to offer suggestions and support to each other throughout the process of writing their respective novels and were delighted with their finished products. They are now putting the finishing touches on the screenplay for his book. Nelson is an accomplished musician and songwriter, also. One of his songs is under consideration by the state legislature to become the official state song of New Jersey.
